Very nice, subtle change but it makes a big difference. Even adds a bit more depth to that color that otherwise can feel flat. Looks great!

Valspar AC-2100 with PPG activator and Matrix medium reducer for the clear.

I started with an old piece of 1000 grit Tamiya paper and went to polishing cloths after wet sanding with a used piece of Tamiya 2000.
Meguiar’s Ultimate Compound followed by Tamiya wax was the finishing touch.

The body has been mated to the chassis. Now it’s time for the final assembly.

It goes together a bit differently than other kits…

Finished. These kits take a little extra effort compared to modern injection molded kits, but the results are worth it.
