I attempted this back in 1965 and it didn’t come out very good, 55 years later I got it done. Lindberg kit, engine wired and plumbed. Added details- master cylinder, windshield washer bag, distributor, lower ride height. Refinished in PPG lacquer with Transtar clear.
Great job on a hard to build kit.
Interesting vanity tag. Good looking build. When I saw Mustant II in your thread title I just had to see. I inherited my dad’s 1976 Mustang II Ghia Coupe when he had to stop driving years ago. I sure would like to see a 1/24 scale model of that car.
Nice Mustang. You did fine work on everything, your interior really catches my eye. Nice paint job and as Frank mentioned, cool plate.
I was ready to exclaim that there was no Mustang II in 1963, until I looked it up because the body style had me confounded. A concept car. How about that.
AhA!
A Mustang fit to be parked next to my " Maliblue" That paint is awesome! Now, Question. Are you going to put the doorsill trim plates in there? That would Really knock it out of the Park!
I was hoping when FORD said " Mustang ll that this is what the “Stang” would look like. Not that downsized piece of %^$* that it was! So, I kept my 67 Fastback for another ten years.
Great job. The pain is beautiful - the plate is hilarious
Very nice build! [t$t]

Stay Safe.
That is lovely.
In my imagination, all of my “50 years later” kits will come out that nicely. I like the fact that you just made it more like what it was supposed to be, rather than using it as a base for a wild custom.
