The 16th Annual Mid-America Nationals Model Car contest and Swap Meet is on Saturday, October 7th, 2023.

The theme this year is Sweet 16. Build the first vehicle you drove, or owned when you were 16. Bonus points for documentation.

I went down to their spring show and really enjoyed it. They have a few extra classes that most model car shows don’t have. And the swap meet area is HUGE.
