hi has anybody orderd from 1001 modelkits if so how long did it take to get your order
I am in the process of canceling my order with 1001! It has been a horrible experience dealing with them and is, without doubt the worst experience ordering from overseas, never happened before to me until now. I ordered a simple decal sheet from them to complete a project for a client, that was more than a month ago! No response to my latest emails and certainly no tracking number for the order. AVOID 1001 Modelkits at all cost!!! Lousy customer service and far too slow!!!
I agree. I ordered some paint and a kit and waited almost a month before I had enough. Ended up canceling my order and getting a refund. Told them I would never order from them again and removed my name off their email list.
Never heard of that site but thanks for the tip! I always like to try ordering from various vendors to get a feel what their customer service is like, appears that 1001 doesn’t have any.
Almost a year.when I got my order they sent the wrong product.It came from France.Then they had the nerve to email me on how was the service.
