I’m looking for some 1/72 scale figures of WW2 German pilots in pressure suits, like the Draegerwerk pressure suits, or the ones used for the Horten Ho 229, sitting if possible. I want to use them with my 1/72 Haunebu II Nazi Flying Saucer model from Squadron. If there are any, where can I find them, and if not, how could I make custom ones? If I have to, I’ll revert to using astronaut figures instead.
Unfortunatly the options for 72nd air and ground crew figures is limited. And none of them have what you are looking for. As its a what if, might be worth looking for early cold war figures.
ZM makes a great pair of sets- pilot and ground crew.
They are 1/32 and cost maybe $ 20 and $ 30 if you can find them.
I suggest you buy them and use them to model your own.

Actually, looking at the German suit, it seems to bear a striking resemblance to US astronaut suits. Just the funky looking helmet differs, but the one in wartime photos might have been a mock-up only.
