Hello fellow modellers and crafters.
Here is my finished kit of the old and simple Academy Spad XIII fighter. Decals for this kit are poor, and given my situation and interests at the time I was more than happy to build it without any markings as such. It is entirely hand painted in acrylics by gentle brush movements.

That’s a nice-looking SPAD, especially considering it’s 1/72 and you hand-painted the entire thing with acrylics. And I certainly understand the decision not to use decals that weren’t going to cooperate. Sometimes it’s better to leave them off than let bad decals ruin a model you’re happy with.
