I would like to show you the pictures of my scout car. It’s built from a kit of a Polish company called First to Fight. This company makes a series of 1:72 easy assembly models of the equipment the Poles and Germans had in september 1939.
I wasn’t sure if I could still do it, but I have managed to build this baby OOB, yay! I have also tried to practice some techniques, so the model is brush painted, with Revell 78 Aqua Color - very nice paint. Some dry brush and black wash, and Vallejo pigment for weathering.
So what do you think? It sure is good to finish something every now and then this baby took me a little more than one week from start to finish:
Bish, Tojo72 - thanka a lot, guys! I’m glad you like it. I was a little worried about my application of the pigment - I think there is potential for improvement here.
Thanks a lot, I’m glad you like it. I think I’ll build more of those German vehicles - those polygon geometry of their armor is just fascinating. Have a nice day!
Thanks a lot Gamera! That’s the hard part on one-colour vehicles. I still have some more ideas to try out here - I think on other German scout cars. Have a nice day!
