Does anyone make decals in 1/72 for the A-4m, other than US Navy and Marine stuff? maybe for Malaysian Or Argentine aircraft etc
If I recall correctly, the A-4M was only used by the USMC.
EDIT: Argentina did purchase a number of surplus A-4M’s which were upgraded and redesignated A-4AR. I’m not sure if the upgrades entailed any modifications which are visibly different to the original A-4M configuration.

There was an old Two Bobs decal sheet in 1/48 that could be used as a pattern for 1/72 USN camouflaged A-4Ms,there were only two on there if I recall correctly,for VA-126
otherwise, all I know of are the two Fujimi sheets, and the markings that come in the Italeri and Italeri/Testors A-4M kits (the Testors TopGun A-4M kits had USN “last Skyhawk low vis” with VX-5)
