Been away for a bit so I have not been posting, but finally getting back. Taking a look this week at an older Airfix aircraft kit with their RA-5C Vigilante kit in 1/72nd scale.

Thanks for the review. It’s an interesting subject. Don’t see many of these.
Its an aircraft that deserves more attention.
And more modern renditions! Maybe the kit companies shy away from it because it had only one operator and two operational versions that differ significantly from each other (A-5A and RA-5C).
I know that Trumpeter had planned an A-5A in 1/48, because there are mold separation lines that suggest the RA-5C’s avionics hump and intake strakes could be swapped out with a different mold insert.
