1/72 A-10 Thunderbolt II (Revell vs Italeri?)

Hi guys!

I was interested in getting a 1/72 scale A-10 to build for a friend of mine who served in Desert Storm and OIF. Is there a difference between the Revell A-10 and the Italeri or do they share the same molds? I understand there’s a Tamiya kit available as well but I haven’t heard anything about that one in terms of quality.

So what would everyone’s suggestions be regarding which A-10 to get: the Revell, Italeri or the Tamiya?

Can’t speak on the Revell kit…or Tamiya, for that matter.

I just did the Italeri a few months ago.
