just finished this last night it was a lil bit of a challenge the wings didnt lign up with the fuselage leaving a gap between them front air intakes the same problem didnt lign up right either other than that it was ok. i also used eduard color pe interior for the gripen here are some pictures any comments welcome

My only hang up about your model, and this is Italeri’s fault not yours, is that the APU (Auxiliary Power unit) exhaust area, on the left wing root, is of the older A/B configuration. The APU exhaust area was completely redesigned for the C/D version. Again, it is Italeri’s fault as they see fit to reissue their A/B kits as C/D variants with no mold adjustments to reflect the later configuration.
To show what I’m on about, here’s a pic I took of a C version that generally shows what the later configuration looks like so you can compare to your model:
