Love that camo scheme. I’ve liked this plane since I saw it on an episode of “Stranger Things” How difficult was the rigging? You’ve got to hand it to the Soviet designers. There heavy trucks and planes like this may not be the “prettiest” but they sure look tough and look like they handle the load.
I would too Grant. This one turned out just beautiful with those colors man. Looks like you put quite a bit of work into this beaute to bring 'er across the finish line in this good of fashion. Hat’s off to you on the rigging as I’ve never attempted any bi-plane kits before.
Nice job! Super interesting camo colors. I remeber first seeing an AN-2 in the movie Arctic. Had to hunt down what type of plane it is. As a reference the internet movie plane database is very cool
I like this old workhorse of a plane and I have never seen it in such an eye catching camo scheme. It just looks awesome! You have really put in the work on the details too.
What ever it is it looks great as an exterior color. Will have to look through my paint stash to see if I have something similar, as I don’t know what I will use it on but I want to use it on something.
