Anybody know anything about any 1/48 HH-3E/F kits–past, present or future??? I am a Coast Guard “brat” and some of my fondest memories are of the CG HH-3F Pelicans taxiing by me as I rode my bike around the Air Station. I would love to build one in 1/48th. I have seen in the past two 1/48 models of the HH-3E/F built up–one in CG colors, and the other in USAF “lizard” markings. Is/was this a kit or one BEAUTY of a conversion job?? Anyone out there know???
