Hi,
I wish to build Monograms B-17G as ’ A Bit Of Lace’ but am having trouble finding the decals here in Australia and cannot find any on Ebay either.
I have tried superscale but theyseem to have discontinued the line.
I have purchased all of the resin detail sets and am just looking for the decals
can anyone help?

The Monogram Pro-modeler B-17G had those decals in the kit, and also the correct pumpkin tail (cheyenne tail turret). See my avatar if you dont know what it looks like.
You might try Revell directly. They do sell decals sometimes if they have extra in stock (let me know if they do!!). For what you are looking for, try the email first. Monogram separated from Revell in 2006, but it is worth a try as I can’t find an address for Monogram anymore.

I’ve built four of the 1/48 Monogram B-17G’s, including two of the ProModeler kits. Sorry, don’t have any decals left or I’d have scanned them for you.

Just for kicks I just went through my decal box, and I found the Monogram A Bit O Lace nose art decal, as well as fairly complete decal sheets from some of the other Monogram B17G kits. If you are interested, I can scan them into a file for you. Personal use only, of course.

Would it be possible to get a scan of this sheet as well also please? I’ve been looking all over the net and even eBay for a set of these markings to no avail. It’s one of my favorite markings along with Miss Mischief, and I don’t think that one is even being made either anymore?
