Hey Guys,
I am looking for 1/48 scale resin missile sets for my 2nd Revell-Monogram F/A-18C. What I need are 2x AIM-120’s AAMRAM’s and 4x AIM-7 Sparrows. Also, I am looking for 1/48 F-18 PE cockpit details for the kit too. Anyone know where I can get them?
Right now I am just researching aftermarket accessories so I wont buy now. I just want to do some pricing and see what is available for when I’m ready to start the kit.

The hasegawa weapon sets are an excellant choice in reality. Eduard for the PE parts. I don’t think the company PARTS makes sets for F-18
Yes but the Hasegawa sets do not contain 120’s.

I know there are aftermarket PE parts for F-18’s because Wing Nut had a set of canopy rearview mirrors and sent me a few. I also know SOL makes an AIM-120 for the F-18 and Squadron is out of stock on this. There is another company that makes both the AIM-120 and AIM-7 resin sets but, I do not remember thier name. I am having problems tracking down places online that would carry these items.
The Hasagawa weapon set is an option I will consider but, I really want to put some AIM-120’s on this bird. Help me out here please guys???

Cutting edge did/do some in1/32 they may do a 1/48 set.
Thats the Aim 120 by the way, not sure about the others
Thanks Tecs! Now all I need to find are AIM-7 Sparrow resin sets and a PE set. I have seen resin sets of the AIM-7’s but cannot remember where and who made them. One down two to go.[:)]

Ok…just talked to a club member who said he purchased 1/48 resin 120’s from Sprue bros. in the vendors room at the Nats. The manufacturer is a new comer called Cleveland model resins. He said the castings are just ok but said they come with a full set of stencils. So…try Spruebrothers.com. Good luck!

Thanks Jerry! I found them. [:D] They also have the Hasagawa Weapons Set C and looks like I’ll have to buy that also to get the AIM-7’s. Pretty good site for aftermarket parts! I LIKE IT!!! [tup]
