Little bit more flash since the molds are a little older but still good kits.

I still remember when I built their first TBF Avenger. It was a game changer for me, just getting back into the hobby after a high school/college/early career hiatus. My only experience with an Avenger kit up to that point had been the old Monogram kit. While it was the same aircraft, the differences could not have been more stark. Yeah, the Monogram kit was little more than a toy, but I had never known that the torpedo bay flaps actually folded in half when retracted.
AM did some really good kits. In addition to their Avenger, I built their Vindicator, B-25B, F3F, Stormovik, and Yak. I have a Dauntless, Helldiver, and another Avenger in the stash.
