1/35 Tamiya M24 Chaffee

Hey all…

Just finished up this build of the newly tooled kit for an AMPS review…

You’ve really got it going on with your work in armor Mike and now you’re building review builds too?

To say I’m impressed with the level of detail given to the weathering aspects of this model would simply be an understatement. Looks frickin’ real man. I’m hoping to get to this level of building in armor soon as I just dove off into this genre last year.

You did great work on the M24. I have this one on preorder. How was the kit? Oh wait, you said Tamiya … I’m certain the kit fits very well and basically builds itself, right?

VERY nice!!!:thinking::smirking_face:

Is this in WWII or Korean War markings?

Thanks all!

Joe- I’ve been doing reviews for AMPS and IPMS since 2018 I think…appreciate your comments!

Aggieman…it’s definitely a well engineered kit but there were a few spots where slowing down and taking care were in order but overall a very enjoyable build.

Carlos…late WWII Germany…all of the schemes are late-war…nothing from Korea or French-Indochina so maybe a future release?
