1/35 Dragon Mechanical Mule

If you feel like building a kit in about a day, Dragons Mechanical Mule is the way to go. I started with an easy assembly, all I added was a piece of photo etch and some Army bags from my parts box. I used Tamiya olive drab for the color and Tamiya pastels for some weathering. It even came with well detailed figures which I painted in a couple of hours. The only issue I had was positioning the driver, it’s a little tough getting one hand around the steering wheel and his other hand on the shifter, just be patient.

Looks good. By the way I believe the driver in that set is suppose to be Africian American. Course I still can’t paint white people very well and I’ve been white all of my life.

Grizz

Nice, I like to do the occasional kit-in-a-weekend type build, kind of a stress reliever. I like your other builds, too. You’ve got some impressive stuff and some obvious talent.

[#ditto]Nice job!

Man, I can’t remember the last time I did a “weekender”! [sigh]

You also have some nice stuff, too–the Panther with the ai cleaner out of it is really cool!

Nice build you have there. I built one using the Eduard PE. Dragon did two versions of the kit, one with and one without the 106mm recoilless rifle. I used reference photos I took of a Mule that was on display during the Memorial Day celebration at Ft. Knox a couple years ago.
