Hi all,
Looking for some/any tips on texture for 1/35 bitumen road just have plain old white plaster at the mo…have camber,guttering etc. Just thinking paint aint gonna cut it…Iraqi street scene…Desert Storm…M60, Bigfoot cargo,Knocked out BMP…Help…please

There was an article in FSM a while ago where a guy made asphalt out of black-grey acrylic paint and finely ground cat litter. It looked real once laid out, sanded smooth, and lines, etc. painted on it. I don’t remember wheit was though.

Fine black sand paper works quite well for this application.
