My Merkava MK III in progress, its a huge tank. Fit is a breeze so far. Thanks for Academy wonderful craftmanship. Wish me good luck for my painting and weather. Hope it can turn up well and completed by this weekend.
It’s a nice build. I personally like the Acad Merks, even though they’re both (Mk 2 and 3) prototypes and not actual as-used vehicles.

I always loved these tanks. I would love to get one of these, but my stash is already growing beyond the limits of my apartment’s ability to contain it!

Looking good so far! What color did you use on the hull?
Gunze Sand Yellow/Semi Gloss. After that finish with a matt spray.
Finally complete the hand paint Merkava MKIII. Don’t want to give a dirty look so just some moderate weather and detail. Highlight done by black poster dip with soap and apply on detail parts.
Highly recommend Academy Armour kits. Done a few, all fit are good.
Very clean looking kit! My only suggestion would be to try a medium to dark brown wash for tan colored models next time. It still brings up the details without looking quite so stark. Overall, quite well done!

NIce work on the weathering and build “M8”. I wish more guy and girls would build IDF models. I’m still working on my Mk IIID. I started in 08 and I’m still working on it.
