1:33 SBLim-2 (MiG-15), Polish Air Force paper model

Hello everybody!
I’d like to show you my paper model of the SBLim-2 - which is a Polish licence built MiG-15bis (LiM-2) converted first to a trainer, and in the early 1990’s used in a FAC-like role, specifically for artillery spotting.

My daughter helped me to build this one out of this paper kit:

It’s a nice kit and I highly recommend it. One of it’s weak points is the cockpit - this could be detailed better. And here’s how our model turned out:

Thanks for looking and have a nice day!

These paper models are fascinating to me, but I’ve never built one. One of these days maybe.
Yours by the way looks really cool. Great job!

Hello!
Thanks a lot for your comment and for your kind words!
If you try building one of these, you’ll notice it’s got positive influence on developing skills also useful for building plastic models. I’d suggest you start with a nice kit from Polish manufacturers - they are not very expensive, so even if something goes wrong you can buy another one and start over.
Good luck with your builds and have a nice day!
