3rd placed Porsche 908/2 Flunder LH scratchbuilt by me in the late 80’s using primitive mould materials and a lot of hours. But I was a great fan of this car, so I spent a lot of hours creating a 1:24 model of this car. Many of the Motor etc details came from the Heller 907/8 kit, but highly modified.
Looking at the build/mould and pictorial materials available then I keep wondering how I was able to put together this fine model.
In the first version, some of the decals were coloured photocopies of sponsor ads in German motorsport magazines.1-24 Porsche 908/2 Flunder LH LM 1970
