Hi all, I bought an Eduard 1/144 JU-87B kit today at a local hobby show, but didn’t realize until I got home that it doesn’t have any decals with it. I looked in the box, and thought they were in the little bag with the photoetch parts but alas, they are not. Does anyone know where to find some in that scale? TIA.
There is a guy that sells decals on e-bay. I bought a combined sheet of 100/144 scale which had markings for a JU-87 and a Henschel 129. I did have his business card but I cant find it. Sorry I cant be more helpful. No unit markings or numbers- just various swastikas and crosses.
Blue Rider produces a sheet of 1/144 scale markings for the JU-87 and HE 111 in the Slovakian AF that are also Insignia only.
Wirraway-Thanks for tip off about the Ju-87/Henschel 129 markings. I’m going to look for info on it and get it added the Census.
I-94 Enterprises in Michigan has more teeny-tiny decals than you can poke a stick at.
I found the sheet (144/100 scale) for Ju-87. It is Number GR-119.
You can find the entire listing at http://www.i-94enterprises.com/new_page_5.htm
Thanks for the help guys! After seeing that listing, it reminded me of a LHS that stocks a lot of gaming supplies. I’m going to check there tomorrow, and if they don’t have it or can’t get it, I’ll order up a set. Thanks again!
I was at my LHS today, and they had ONE set of 1/144 WWII Luftwaffe decals left! Needless to say, I snatched them up. I think they are from Decal Details, and look very nice. They also include THREE sheets of them, so should be plenty o’ extras in case I mess 'em up! Only thing missing is the code letters, think I may have to try and handpaint them. Anybody have any other ideas?
