Wow Gang, through a weird series of events I’ve inheirited this model. Looks to be quite the project to say the least! Anyone out there build this thing? I’m an Aircraft guy and this thing worries me—Comments?

WOWEE. That looks like a really sweet kit. 1/12th?? I wouldn’t mind seeing you put it together. Looks like lots of room for wiring and scratching details in the engine compartment. 
Hey Max, that is a really nice score. I have the same model in a Tamiya 1/24 scale. It’s probably 25 years old. It’s on my to do list.
ouch!! that is a sweet kit i have been looking for for many years, and you have it all intact… pain:)
i’m aircraft/armor, but the lp500 is my favorite car. a few years ago, i found the testors 1/16 lp500 glue bomb from the forsaken place! fiddle with it every now and again, but it’s going to be a full out custom build.
if you’re not to much into that kit, i would suggest not to open it any further and take it to a show with vendors and see how much you can get for it. you might be able to trade for a few large scale aircraft you want…
