I think the real wizard here is you. The effect you’ve managed on the vials is top notch. I can’t believe they are solid resin and not clear pieces. Looking forward to the final product.

Coming from a Gunpla and Mecha background, we always want to modifie our projects just a little to showscase a personal touch, and it feels great when it works

I must agree with what others have said and thoroughly commend your work on this figure- particularly your color choices. The way the pink-ish light falls across the right side of the figure suits the magical theme. I am particularly impressed by the effect you have managed on the glass vials- they have such a realistic and attention grabbing appearance.

Thx, being too greedy, tried to incorporate way too many experiments into a picture too small, turned out less cohesive as i originally envisioned. Regardless, calling this one done so until the next project …

I’ve done this before on figs and busts- just tried too much and it didn’t all work out- it can be frustrating but usually there is a lesson in it somewhere!
Personally I think you have a very fine piece of work there with something interesting to see at every angle. Your paintwork has brought out the magical theme of the bust to great effect with a keen eye for how the various colors work and compliment each other.
