Special Kay had a boo-boo a few months ago and if all works out I will be assisting as a volunteer to help return here to
flight worthy status.
Im currently in school for A&P and just finished my General Knowledge portion of school. Next week i start Airframe and thought to myself what better way to help my school progress than to volunteer at the local air museum. Come to find out in the process that their B-26K “special Kay” was damaged.
In the model building world and scratch building techniques building from scratch what better way to kill multiple things at one time.
1 Start building one of the ICM 1/48 Scale B-26K “Special Kay” models i have in my stash.
2 Get some real world experience in Airframe and SRM.
3 work on the real and only still existing 1:1 scale B-26K “Special Kay”.
What a life
James livin a dream
Ps
Imagine the reference photos i can get at the same time.
