I started building models with my Dad when I was five years old and kept at it until my Junior in highschool. I never lost the bug, so when I retired in 2017 I started building ship models again. I am a former surface warfare officer who served on USS Truxtun (CGN-35) and after my Navy time, I worked for General Dynamics Convair designing and building Tomahawk cruise missiles.
