I’m 61. Male. Was in the Army from 1984 to 1994. Crewed Huey’s and Blackhawks, trained to repair Blackhawks. I am a model train enthusiast and wanted to build a 1/48 scale Huey to put on the deck of one of my track cleaning cars, which I built. I like doing stuff like this. I’m not a pro by any stretch of the imagination but with this site, I can learn how to handle small pieces, learn what’s out there to use, and get good advice.
