I found out some neat info for the Zvezda Kog. while a lot of us know about the 2 different boxed editions, one being HMS Thomas with the ‘square’ crow’s nest archer platform; second one being the Hansa Kog with no crow’s nest (although it’s included in the parts, with 2 different sized forecastle platforms as well). I happen upon a seller on eBay selling his new in the box Russian imported Kog, this edition has a different aft cabin (closed deck) and a "round’ crows nest AND the frame hoist for the getting ‘things’ up to the top (see pics) I also picked up the uber rare life boat as well. I’ll build this one as a waterline model.
