What if ooops … or o no apply the wrong pattern zimmerit ? How do u clear it ? using solvent right ? or ???
What type of zimmermit are you using? I am assuming a putty type. Do not use solvent to remove putty. It will attack the plastic and make a big mess. You can chip the putty off, or sand it off. I have heard of using fingernail polish with acetone to remove squadron putty, but I’ve never had much luck with it. Don’t use pure acetone as it will melt plastic.
just sand it away, if you’re going to apply the RIGHT pattern of Zimm, then you shouldn’t worry about losing detail in the areas that you applied it to!
