Yokosuka MXY-7 Ohka Model 11 (kamikaze)
721 Kogeki hikotai, 711th sentai, 2nd chutai
Kagoshima, Kanoya AB, Japan, March 1945
Part of the Hasegawa E20 kit, scale 1/72. The smallest 1/72 plane I ever built.
The little holes are meant for the equipment for hanging the Ohka under the belly of a Mitsubishi G4M2E Betty bomber, which I will build in the future.

Interesting. Well done on such a tiny little guy. I assume it is pressurized gas propelled or something along those lines. That will look very cool with the Betty.

Thank you Brandon! Yes, the propulsion of the Ohka was a jet engine. The plane was released by the betty about 36 km from its target. On its approach, the egine was ignited.
I thought they were rocket powered.
I believe they had 3 liquid propellant rocket engines
