Ye who are infinitely better than me, I salute you! (at fooling me that is)

That micro tiger is absolutely mind boggling!! Soon to come with full interior?!!! Good lord, Jeff, you are amazing! (Pssst, make resin casting! people want!). That is outstanding work. (which deserves to be cast in resin). It could take best of show at the nats I swear! (so don’t forget to make some resin castings) I bet people would love a 1/285 tiger with a full interior (so resin castings would be good.)

Not to burst your bubble, but look at his last sentance and pay attention to the date. They do this almost every year. I believe last year’s was about air crews doing something to make thier aircraft more realistic.

Pretty good joke. Kinda started to throw me at the last paragraph or two. [:D]

.yup i noticed that after I posted. I’ve been had! Great one guys!

It catches people every year. Last year someone actually posted regarding the truthfulness of the weathering on aircraft: http://www.finescale.com/FSM/CS/forums/401954/ShowPost.aspx

Duh???
I am lost here…

I caught on when I read the caption about the fully articulated and pinned tracks. At that point I checked the cover and said, “oh yeah, April…”

My favorite April Fool’s article was the laser guided airbrush where they set the model on fire.

Car and Driver used to (I don’t know if they still do) have an April Fool’s test drive. They did the Goodyear blimp one year and a railroad locomotive and the Saturn V transporter among their reviews. Pretty funny stuff.

Yes, I was lost at the track links. Look at the first pictrue! the tracks are all blocky and come in runs!

i suppose i can return the microscope i just ordered[:(]-- treadwell

I was gonna say that it was kind of ludicrous to have that much detail on such a small item.
