WEll after lots of work, and lots of sanding and filling, i finally got to shoot the paint on the major subassemblies for the masts, funnel, forward superstructure, and turrets. I am thrille dot say they came out fantastic. After so much work, it was great seeing all those seams that i spent so much time sanding and puttying dissappear completely.
Even my main deck has almost finally accheived the result i wanted, after three light coats followed by sanding and filling.
Well i am refreashed, and am back to work tonight.

Sounds great. You might want to goto www.modelwarships.com and check in on the forums. There is a group build going on with the Arizona. There is one fella doing one in 1/192 scale, several in 1.350 and some in 1/700. There are tons of drawings, paint chips and dozens of photos in the thread.
