Here’s my Eduard profipack Yak 3. I gave this one a digital “base” on which to display it. Its a great kit, no need for aftermarket stuff. Photoetch levers in the cockpit & masks for the canopy. The quality of the moldings, in my opinion, rival those of Tamiya, Hasegawa, and Accurate Miniatures. No flash, no filler, and a fun kit to build ! This one’s out of the box, with kit decals. Hope you like it. Thanks for letting me share, Pix.OOps ! I mislabeled the plane Its a Yak 3. Sorry about the confusion !
Real nice.
Thanks, claymore ! Now if only there was a Yak 7 & Yak 9 as nice as this kit and the Acc. Min. Yak 1, I’d be happy. I’m working on the crude LTD LaGG 3 and the really nice Classic Airframes MiG 3 now. Shouldn’t be too long before I can get those posted. I’ve also got the ICM Yak 7&9 (alot of work for me) and an LTD Yak 9. Got the LTD kits at Squadron for $5 each. They’re really basic. Thanks again, Pix.
That is one nice Yak! I like the base also it really sets your model off.[8D]
Thank you, Woody ! The nice part of creating a digital “base” is that you keep Experimenting untilyou get something that you like. Glad you liked it, too ! Thanks, Pix.
