Very cool, reminds me of the Meng Toon Kits, and the old Hasgawa Egg kits, the yellow looks great.
I remember building the original issue with my Dad in the early 70s !So much fun!
Now this puts a great big smile on my face! Thank you for sharing!
Fun little guy for a change.
That is awesome! Was that as fun to build as it looks?
Awesome, thanks for posting this! What a great reminder of simpler times.
Oh man, now I want a model of Snoopy on his bullet ridden doghouse making frantic machine gun firing moves!
Wait - was he firing a gun from a scarff ring? He was an observer? Did history not get it right? Oh this could be scandalous! [:P]
I love it! Peanuts was a favourite of mine as a lad, and the famous flying ace was the best!
however, there is another canine aviator - Gromit from “Wallace and Gromit”!

He resides near my workbench - not a kit (so I’m cheating!) but fun anyway. He was a gift from my office Secret Santa about 20 years or so ago, and is a stationery item:

The gun is a pencil sharpener, the wings are a ruler, the fuselage stores paper clips, or whatever, and the thing he sits on is an eraser!
So, who’d win the dogfight?[:D]
You need a Red Baron to go with ol’ Snoop
Thanks for the Smiles. You put me back in a good mood.
Ditto; For you as well.
I am well versed in " Wallace and Gromit!
Ol’ Red is on order!
Oh that’s awesome!!! Love it!!!
And Gromit is cool too Hutch!
Thanks guys for putting a smile on my face on this rainy blue day…
Fantastic! I had to order one after seeing that.
A bit of a confession. Even though this is a snap together kit, I did use glue in some areas. Particularly on Snoopy’s head. The snap fit left open seams in the head and helmet. So, I glued them together and clamped them in order to close the seams. I also had to do some filing in order to get the tires on the wheels. Then I sparingly glued the tires on the wheels.
That brings back some memories.
Gotta thank you for that.
Our WWI Flying Ace’s nemesis has shown up to terrorize the skys!

Oh that’s soooooo cool! Great work on the face!
And nice that you now have the matching set.
Donner und Blitzen! That’s a mean-looking Baron, Big Jim[:)]
