Nice to see Beli’s bat finally waking up! I’m an LA native and am rooting for our boys in blue but I hope the Rays wake up soon and give them a good fight, otherwise it’s going to be a very dull WS. The Braves-Dodgers NLCS was incredibly entertaining, one of the best.

The two teams came out west only because Walter O’Malley and Horace Stoneham worked together to bring diamond ball west. In 1957 teams traveled by train so it needed two teams in California to make it work.
