Academy 1/72 kit
just wanted something fun and quick to build, as you can see main part is assembled and painted.
I made the flat clear myself using tamiya flat base mixed with windex and future. and it works out way nicer then testors dullcote!
prop added, also added paint chips here and there
Looking very good indeed James! Would you mind sharing your ratio for the Future/Windex/flat base?
i usearound 70%. future 20% flat base, 10% windex , it ends up looking bluish in the jar. and it dries flatter and smoother than dullcote
Excellent! Thanks for sharing your secret recipe. I use Future for my gloss coats, and have wanted to try mixing Tamiya flat base with it for a flat coat but did not know where to start. Thanks again!
