I’m looking for a method to clean up or remove scratches from clear parts, such as windshields.

I use any brand of white tooth paste, not the clear stuff. It is also good for removing light scratches from your plastic watch crystal. [;)]

use polishing compound say from gunze, also i have something called Duraglit silver polishing paste. first use a 1200/ 2000 duco, sanding paper.
