Will Westley's Bleche White harm green putty when stripping paint?

I was looking at the front page of this website, and for the tip of the week they recommend using Westley’s Bleche White whitewall tire cleaner for stripping paint from models.
I’m wondering if Westley’s will harm squadron green putty in the process?
