1/48 Pby 5a catalina,1/48 Fw 190-8, B26 Maraurder,1/48 Beechcraft staggerwing. A clear workbench is an idle workbench,or so I’ve been told.[:O]
Looking over at my pile right now:
finishing up 1/48 Eduard Pfalz D.IIIa
Academy 1/72 B-377 Stratocruiser
DML 1/35 Hetzer (late) - gave up on the tracks and awaiting shipment of Friul replacements - nearly done otherwise, need to scratch tiedowns and paint, then add track
Tamiya 1/35 Marder III, Sd.Kfz. 139 - awaiting shipment of Aber PE (the Eduard set sucks)
Leadwarrior 1/35 Pz. I, ausf. A with 20mm BREDA mod. 35 - working on running gear, just stalled out on it, requires a lot of fidgeting.
EDIT - oops, forgot a MAJOR one!
1/92 USS Flasher, mostly from scratch, but I bought a very rudimentary hull (required a lot of modification) and a pile of AM resin and white metal fittings and guns, 95% finished with the conning tower and hull, need to start on the display base and deck.
On bench:
-Hasegawa 1/48 F-14D for group build; will do as “ficticious”, I’m doing a VF-143 “Pukin’ Dogs” (they never flew the D)

I am currently building:
1/72 airfix p-38; it’s a long term project, I sanded and rescribed the whole thing.
1/48 hit-kit mig-3; I’m building this for the vacform GB
2 warhammers figures
and yesterday I finished a “rampaging scorpion” diorama. Yep, it isn’t a plane, it’s a big scorpion, terrorizing a city and it’s inhabitants!
Only “wingie-thing” that’s in the near future is a Revell P-61 Black Widow. Box is open, instructions have been poured over and I’m still trying to decide which model and paint scheme I want to do. I’m thinking a P-61A in “glossy black”, invasion stripes and the upper turret.
I am workin on the B-29 enola gay.
A 1/72 scale C-47 Skytrain with D’Day invasion stripes.
My first was the 1/48 F-18 and then the 1/72 Mig-29UB and finnaly the A-10a 1/48. Im currently working on a Me-262 A-2a.
I’m working on these: all the aircraft are 48 unless specified.

Currently I’m building:
1/72 Airfix typhoon with scratchbuilt cockpit and some grafted on parts from academys kit.40%
Academys 1/35 early tiger with some scratchbuilt fenders and placed in a diorama.75%
And I’m researching for my B24D
My modling theme is the unusual and the experimental as a result my model projects are dominated by these types of aircraft and are often vacumform or conversions. All are in 1/72nd scale as this scale offers the best variety at the lowest cost. Current projects are the Combat Martin Mars, Astra CF-105, Hawk XF-92 upgraded, Airfix Hurricane MKI modified to the slipwing Hurricane and the old Hasegawa B-47 currently being modified to the turbopprop XB-47D.
