I agree, their service is top notch. I sent them an email inquiring about an accessory, and had an answer in an hour including the part number and where I could order it from.

i bought a anthem off ebay and it didnt come with instructions, so i emailed them, i had a reply within 12hrs and like 1337 said, its in the mail free of charge!!! they didnt even ask where i got it from or anything like that, just where to send it…
after that, im glad i got a badger ![]()

I got not one, but TWO books in the mail when I emailed them that I lost mine, both came nicely packaged the same day… I guess they figure if I lost the first one they sent me, they would save me the trouble of emailing again by sending me a second one in advance… [;)]
I orderd a Thayer and Chandler air star V airbrush compressor, that badger sells, from towerhobbies. It was 240V, which is not too practical for me to use in my apartment without an expensive converter. I talked to the badger rep and he said for me to mail it directly to them and he would send me one that uses 115V, free of charge.

badger is amazing!!! i hear other AB service is pretty decent also. does badger repair airbrushes for free, or do yuo have to pay?
Airbrush labor is free for life, they only charge for parts.
