I’ll see you there. I’ll be bringing the stuff I’ve completed since the last show, unfortunately no dio’s. I haven’t built one in two years now and thats some I need to rectify before AMPS.
Will definitely be there. Not sure what I’m going to bring armor-wise, as I belieeeeeve it’s AMPS-style judging for the armor, and a lot of what I have has already gone through that. A couple of the better pieces might get a second run-through. I WILL have a slew of aircraft (+one sci-fi!). [whstl]

Yes, armor (and dios/vignettes, figures, collections and scratchbuilts) are done with open (AMPS style ) judging. I’ll be as busy as a one legged man in a butt kicking contest, so apologies in advance if I don’t get to socaililze a lot on the day of the show.
Let me invite you all to volunteer for judging as well. It’s a great way to get to make new friends and to improve your skills.

My weekend just opened up this afternoon, thinking of taking the trip out and making this my first show after being in the hobby off and on for more than 30 yrs.
My M60A0 built last year about this time and my recently finished M60A1 may make the trip with me.
I googled the show and found all the critical information. One question about the vendors tables, are their prices generaly discounted below typical LHS prices? I’m thinking of raiding my stash cash draw & was wondering if I should bring a little or a lot.

Gary - The vendors have GREAT prices and usaully no tax…bring your stash draw, bank card, hit the atm etc. You never know until you get there, but there may be a lot of items you are looking for or not. Also at the shows, tools and other items you can use.
Don’t be bumed if you don’t find anything but be prepard to find everything…at least pack the basic load!!

By all means, bring both kits. Our entry price is quite reasonable.
As far as vendors, we have 57 tables set up, including the club tables. I’m putting a bunch of stuff on there…Italeri RSO with PaK 47 and PE, Italeri Sherman with two metal figs and a metal barrel, Italeri M728 fuel truck (HMMT based), Italeri Panzerwerfer 42, Italeri Elephant, Tom TK3 tankette, AER T-18. Also several l;arge aircraft kits, a few figures, and a couple cars, including a few quite desirable OOP kits. I can’t tell you prices, since that might sound like I’m selling stuff, but suffice it to say, cheaper than the going prices on E-bay.
