I am looking for an online store that sells Polly S Decal Softening Solution. I searched Squadron.com, but it didn’t come up with anything.
I don’t know if anyone does anymore, I haven’t seen it in ages.
You can use Micro-Sol or Micro-Set, they both do the same thing.

If your LHS has a model RR section, duck over there the next time you go I and see if they have a copy of Walther’s RR Catalog. If they do, check the paint section and see if it is available. You and I can’t order from the catalog but you LHS should be able to get it for you.
