Who can make 1/96 scale cannon barrels

I´ve been looking all over for some good 1/96 scale cannons for a Civil War ship project. Does anybody know where I can get some IX Dahlgrens and 150 Pounder Parrott Rifles? I can´t find them anywhere in that scale.

Does anybody out there have the equipment to turn them out of brass or other metals?
