I built this years ago and my son destroyed it thinking it was a toy! And now I’d like to build it again . . . and forget which kit it was so I can troll for it . . . .

I don’t think this was it - it was not the Priller special kit -
it was a kit available in 2005 or so - it was a more standard Hase Butcher Birdkit with Black 13 as an option.
The Black 13 had the black stylized ‘bird’ aft of the exhaust -
Are there no aftermarket decals for that aircraft?
There are no easily available decals for the airplane - Kagero Aircraft Aces #2 - goo luck finding that.
I can pretty much make it work by piecing together decals - the only missing part would be the Ace of Hearts with the name ‘Jutta’ in it - I don’t want to contact Hase and tell them I ‘damaged’ the decal without actually buying the kit - I’m kind of honest about that. …
I did that kit about 11/2 years ago it was from Accurate Miniatures it was a reboxed Eduard kit. ACESES5
1/32nd Scale folks . . . I KNOW I built it - 2005 or so - and I did not use an aftermarket decals [which don’t or did not exist back then anyway]
Thanks guys. I think I figured it out. Found the remnants of a Cutting Edge decal in a spares box. I’d die if I could find that decal today. Anyone want to sell one?
I don’t think that I have any Priller-specific decals in my collection, but I’ll look again.
All you need is the heart, ja?
well, if you have the Cutting Edge decal #2 I’d rather buy that from you . . . since I could use it to build Galland’s FW-190 too . . .
What I’ve got on hand are these, all in 1/32:
EagleCals EC#76 FW 190A8’s JG 54 & JG 301
EagleCals EC#91 FW190F8’s Luftflotte 4, SG 2 & SG 10
EagleStrike 32013 FW190 Fighter pt. 1
Pacific Coast Models kit 32011 decal sheet for 8 early A’s
Hasegawa kit 08151 decal sheet for F8’s of SG 4
if any of those help, hit me a PM as we aren’t allowed to sell stuff here on the FSM.
Everyone - I found what I did - I found the remnants of a Meteor Prod decal in my binders full of decals . . . so that explains it - it was an aftermarket decal -
and guess what? MeterProd still exists - well - not as MeteorProd and since some folks had a very bad experience with them perhaps thats not a good thing - but after locating them and placing an order for the decal - it arrived in 10 days. I was astonished I could still find them - they were nice decals-
anyway - if anyone is looking for an old ‘Cutting Edge’ decal you can find them at:
http://www.fineartofdecals.com
So I found my decal - and can build my 1/32nd scale Pips Priller D-Day FW-190A-8 . . .
I have never seen a picture or a description of Galland"s FW-190.
Could you post one?
Jeff
Thanks alot!
Jeff
