Does anyone know of a place online that sell cockpit sets for the P-40C? The P-40’s next on the build list and want to try super detailing for the first time. I’ve never tried resin or PE so I’m really looking forward to it. I’m building the Academy 1/48 P-40C Tomahawk.

Eduard shows a PE set for the Academy P-40C but I can’t tell exactly what is in the set. It looks like I see an instrument panel but I’m not certain.

just to add some , i think legend of korea has the cockpit for P40C- resin maybe some PE.

try any of the online shops. squadron, phoenix, and international hobby come to mind but there are many more. if you find your set at the eduards site you will be able to specify the kit you want. hadnt looked at ultra cast, aires does good stuff also. good luck on your search.

Heres what I came up with when I went to the squadron site and did a search for the Academy P-40c. http://www.squadron.com/SearchResults.asp?ScaleList=48&TypeList=2&ManuList=everything&Key=P-40c&Submit=Go. Some nice looking sets just might have to add that one to my P-40 collection.

I know that Eduard & True Details has P-40 resin cockpits and you can get them from www.squadron.com and www greatmodels.com give them a try
