where do you guys go to look for extra parts? items for your dios or maybe some junk inside of your truck bed? ive raided my kids toybox before for a few items, tore apart a computer for a bunch of wires once, need some new ideas on where to look for ’ stuff '. [?]

Run, do not walk, to the train section of your local hobby shop.
G scale will work for 1/24
O scale for 1/48
S scale for 1/35
HO for 1/72
Tools, junk, etc. are yours for the buying!
