Where do you get glass or acrylic cylinder/bells to cover mini?

Can anyone tell me where you can get those glass or acrylic cylinder/bells that you can cover a mini or vignette with? They look like a straight bell with no curves on the side. Some people use them to display jewelry and watches. Do they come big enough to cover a 1/16 figure?
