Where can I find a 1/25 Chevy Vortech engine kit?

Hi Guys,

I’m kicking around the idea of building "my’ personal truck–the 1997 Chevy S10LS with the Vortech 6 cylinder (!!!), but the AMT model of it doesn’t have that engine option in it.

Does anyone know if there’s a kit out there that would serve as a donor kit for this engine configuration? Was it offered in any other vehicles?

Doog, if my memory is correct AMT made a kit of the Chevy Extreme pick up that has the Vortec engine in it. THey also made a Chevy Blazer kit as well with the same engine in it. I built one several years ago. Hope this helps Karl.
