when taking the mold line off the wheels, do you usually just sandor used the hobby knive? and if you sand,should you only used putty and remved the sand from the wheels after sanding or leave it on to filled the gaps before painting?
Assuming you are talking rubber wheels a scalpel might be the best. For plastic wheels I wet sand. If I have to fill seams I use red body putty.
